Additional time can be requested for Start-Up purposes. Here we ask for participants to bring lap tops and there be powerful Wi-Fi connectivity. Or for smaller groups we can plug into their office computers using Webex.

Module #3: Start-Up Session:  (Optional)

A pre-coaching questionnaire will inform us of the participants wants and needs for social media hands-on coaching utilizing their own lap tops or UCC PCs.

For the mega platforms such as facebook, My Space, Linkedin, Twitter and YouTube, we will do a mass introduction while the participants can create their own entries

We will work with individual participants to begin their social media adventure. An additional an HPR staff member (who is a social media manager) will be brought in to help coach through the set up and the start of conversations on the platforms of choice.

We have found that it is best not to place a time limit on this module #3 as it depends on the needs of the participants and it is important we complete the session having fulfilled their needs.
